Mike Bachand

Mechanical Superintendent

Mike is a certified millwright with over 20 years of experience working in various industries such as finger-joint plants, sawmills, mining - and most recently pulp mills.  His excellent management skills are demonstrated by motivating his team to work on time and under budget, while keeping a strict focus on safety. Mike also believes in working closely with the client in order to ensure and maintain customer satisfaction.

Del Willier

Mechanical Superintendent 

Del, a certified Journeyman millwright, has worked in several industrial settings including pulp mills, sawmills, pellet mills, mines and the oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience in pumps and compressors as a previous business owner/operator. Del strives for quality customer service while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Curt Helland

Mechanical Superintendent

Curt brings hands on experience with over 20 years of millwrighting and mechanical expertise in a variety of industries including sawmill maintenance and construction, pulp and paper, OSB, and heavy mining. Curt specializes in all mechanical and structural installation aspects.  He brings solutions-based way of thinking towards any issues, while working with the client to keep the project on schedule and on budget. Quality and safety is foremost on any of Curt’s projects.

Tavis Roberge


Tavis is a Journeyman Welder who started his career in forestry and eventually bringing his focus onto mining, mill maintenance and installations. More recently, Tavis diversified into pellet plants, sawmills, pulp mills, OSB as well as oil and gas pipeline/facilities. Well suited to industrial environments, Tavis brings innovation and safety to all jobs and doesn’t lose sight of productivity.


Chad Ridler

Piping Superintendent

Chad is an A ticket red seal welder/red seal pipe fitter who has 15 years of experience in the piping industry. He also has extensive experience in mechanical work, rigging and heavy lifts. He has been supervising for a large portion of his career as the owner/operator of a piping company. He has building and maintenance experience in the pulp, oil and gas and heaving mining industries. Chad always has the job budget at the top of mind but will prioritize safety and quality first.

James Barclay

Shop Foreman

James leads our machine and fabrication facility in day to day operations.  He ensures that the wide variety of highly technical and demanding work packages are executed cost effectively and with the level of high quality craftsmanship that our facility is renowned for. As a Journeyman machinist that has significant experience, James brings a unique understanding and ability to develop innovative solutions to challenging problems.
